2021,
construction
work
was
completed
on
the
long-awaited
Mārupe
Velosolutions
asphalt
pump
track
project.
The
track
integrates
various
innovative
elements,
such
as
a
jump
line
and
an
asphalt
"bowl",
which
has
visually
turned
into
a
work
of
art
by
the
local
artist
KIWIE.
The
breakfast
cereal
"bowl"
definitely
will
be
one
of
this
summer's
top
photo
hosting
sites!
The
pump
track
is
designed
not
only
for
BMX
bikes,
but
also
for
a
wider
audience
-
both
young
children
with
balance
bikes
and
their
parents,
as
well
as
experienced
riders
-
with
bicycles,
skates,
boards
and
other
non-motorized
riding
equipment.
The
total
area
of
the
track
is
2175
m2.
